My Mission
At Mindful Moss, my mission is to build a genuine and empathic connection with each client, embracing their individuality and lived experiences while tailoring the therapeutic process to meet their unique needs. Through traditional talk therapy, nature-informed therapy, and integrative approaches—such as sound bath immersions and restorative retreats—I help people reconnect with their true selves, foster meaningful relationships, and live with intention and purpose. Rooted in the belief that nature is a powerful healer for mental well-being, I guide individuals in deepening their connection to the natural world. My purpose is to empower clients to process life’s challenges, cultivate self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and navigate life with greater presence, purpose, and self-compassion.
