Spring invites us to awaken and embrace a season of renewal and growth. Join us outdoors for a Spring Sound Bath in Nature—relax beneath the trees, feel the gentle breeze, and listen to birdsong as soothing sounds and healing vibrations guide you into deep relaxation and renewed energy. This meditative experience begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, rain stick, and other instruments that support nervous system regulation and energetic release. As these sounds blend with the natural rhythms around you, you’ll be invited to restore inner balance and reconnect with the natural world. We’ll close with a grounding practice to help you carry a sense of peace and clarity with you.
