Step into stillness with a deeply relaxing Winter Sound Bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments that promote deep rest, energetic release, and nervous system regulation. Begin with a gentle guided meditation, then experience the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, rain stick, and more. Restore inner balance and close with a grounding practice to carry peace with you.

What to Bring & Know:

  • Yoga mat – we have limited extras, so bring your own if possible

  • Pillow & blanket – optional if you prefer your own

  • Dress comfortably – cozy attire is recommended

  • Arrive 10 minutes early – to settle in and set up your space

  • Coming with a friend? Arrive early to find spots next to each other
